Terms and Conditions

• By making a booking, you are agreeing to our booking conditions.

• Your booking will automatically place you in a dormitory room. If there are places available you can choose another option on arrival to the hostel.

• Reservations, which are taken without prepayment, will be honored until 2 pm on the day of your arrival unless an alternative time has been agreed.

• Reservations are possible only with a prepayment via credit card.

• Guests are expected to respect the Hostel regulations and cooperate in maintaining a pleasant co-existence in the Hostel.

• The guest must be a genuine traveler with the intention of a short term stay. A guest is not permitted to use Black Sea Hostels as a permanent place of residence. Management has sole discretion in determining a guest's length of stay.

• Guests are requested to do the following:
- At arrival present your Hostel membership card at the reception if you want the $1 discount, fill in the guest card, and prepay the total length of stay.
- You must present a passport before booking into the hostel.
- During your stay: observe local rules and hostel hours.
- On departure: tidy your bed remove all belongings before check out time (12pm), return keys if applicable, remove any food/drink items from the refrigerators and pay any amounts not previously paid

• Within the hostel it is strictly forbidden:
- to drink alcoholic beverages in the bedrooms and bathroom areas.
- to smoke anywhere in the building
- to use drugs
- to use personal sheets or sleeping bags
- to bring pets
- to prepare and eat food in bedrooms

• Hostel hours:
- Payment and departure must be made before 12pm
- Total silence from 22.00 to 07.00
- Failure to pay before check out time (12pm) will result in payment of one further night.
- Bedroom cleaning from 10.00 – 18.00

• Group leaders bear the responsibility for their groups

• Unless differently agreed all hostel services must be paid in advance

• We provide individual safes and secure lockers. It is your responsibility to look after and take care of your possessions, valuables and money during your stay.

• Hostel is not responsible for loss or damage to personal property, documents, money or vehicles during your stay.

• Any complaint must be made hostel duty manager.

* By booking directly with us you will receive a discount of $1 for every night you book and stay with us. This discount can be combined with a valid hostel membership entitling you to a maximum discount of $2 per night.
