WALKING:
Black Sea Hostel Odessa is located at number 25 Ekaterininskaya street in Odessa. At the entrance to 25 (beside InVogue shop) go through the arch. Immediately at the end of the arch there is a door on the right beside the security office. Walk up one flight of stairs and we are in number 2 on the second level. We are in the city centre, and very close to all public transport
AIRPORT:
We are 20 minutes by taxi from the airport. The price for a taxi from the airport to the centre is 50 UAH (Ukrainian Grivna) (about $USD10). We also recommend taking a mini bus. Take the number 117 bus from the airport right to Deribasovskaya Street. The fee for the mini buses in Odessa is 1.25 UAH (Ukraine Grivna), (about 25 USD cents), you pay for the bus ride when you exit it!
TRAIN:
If arriving from the train station we are only 20 minutes walk down Pushinskaya or Rishelevskaya Streets (both streets are straight ahead from the main train station) to Grecheskaya Street. When you get to Grecheskaya street turn left and we are on the next corner after Rishelevskaya (two streets from Pushinskaya) . Go through the arch next to the InVogue shop on Ekaterininskaya, and through the door on the right. Walk up one flight of stairs and you are right outside Number 2. Open the door or ring the bell. Note: Pushinskaya, Rishelevskaya and Ekaterininskaya are all in the same direction (North-South). Deribasovskaya and Grecheskaya are East-West streets.
If you would like the mini bus option from the train station, take number 145 and it will go via Ekaterininskaya Street and turn at Grecheskaya and stop literally right outside our door, we are in the very big building on the corner.
